Provides administrative, analytical support to the Children's Hospital San Francisco Pediatric Access Center as well as assist in coordinating and dispatching interfacility transports. The Analyst II represents the  SF in all interactions with staff & faculty within Medical Center and Campus, the community that CLIENT serves and with outside agencies. Works closely with Pediatric Access Center Administration, Outreach Manager and perinatal & pediatric physicians and community hospital staff. This position requires the flexibility to orient and work at all Medical Center locations.
1. Provide exceptional customer service and provides telephone coverage in accordance with Medical Center standards for service excellence; serve as liaison with Medical Center, campus administrative staffs, and various external agencies and referring physicians,.
2. Under the direction of the Access Center RN assists in coordinating direct and urgent admissions and patient transfers.
3. Acts as liaison between referring physicians
4. Enters all patient data into dispatch CAD and SalesForce application
5. Assists with program analysis through data analysis, summarizing satisfaction survey, creating weekly and monthly volume reports and other inputs for program and service evaluation.
6. Provides service as referral physician relationship manager
7. Responsible for the design and implementation of timely communication to referring providers and primary care physicians.
8. Accountable for regular referral physician communication
9. Ability to resolve referral physician complaints and providing timely feed back to the referring physician
10. Assists Outreach analyst with internal & community communications, outreach requests & information gathering.
11. Provides appropriate program reports as required.
12. Demonstrates a high degree of independence, initiative, assertiveness, and diplomacy in interactions with faculty, staff, patients and referring providers
13. Exercises tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive issues
14. Works with the team to determine a comprehensive plan to ensure primary care physician documentation and communication.

6. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others essential.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Proficiency in word processing, power point, spreadsheet and database skills. Microsoft Outlook knowledge and skills essential.
