Looking for a strong PM attention to detail with RFP experience.

Request for Proposal (RFP) and Sales Enablement Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting and working with cross functional teams to produce customer centric, strategic responses for proactive proposals, executive summaries and competitive RFP opportunities. Drive current MMS messaging and product functionality response content and able to effectively assist sales in developing the most impactful proposed solution to address their customer's needs. Supports sales and subject matter experts by driving strategy, identifying/organizing content, and writing the proposal response in order to successfully manage and support revenue generating opportunities with 100% accuracy.

Risk Assessment and mitigation planning
  • Review proposal documents for requirements that are nonstandard request (contracts, T/C, submission requirements)
  • Obtain a full understanding of the opportunity and customer background to evaluate if there are any projects risks (requesting products that we do not have or futures)
  • Understand customer satisfaction and current opportunity to evaluate likelihood of gaining/ retain the business (happy with Client, spec'd to competitor)
  • Engage appropriate team members to identify how to mitigate the risk
  • Provide visibility to upper management as appropriate
Strategy Development
  • Based on risk assessment finding, work with sales and cross functional SME's to development a proposal strategies and key messaging themes
  • Have a full understanding of the MMS vision to assist sales in identifying "Better Together” opportunities
  • Identify areas of the response that will directly address customer's pain point and develop a response position
  • Expressed superior communication and negotiation skills to coordinate cross-functionally within an organization and effectively present solutions to a variety of audiences.
Project Management
  • Organized- attention to detail, and utmost professionalism while providing a high level of dedicated service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively, both independently and in teams, to ensure timely completion of assignments.

Content development

  • Ability to create a first draft of all contents for SME review
  • Ability to work with SME's to obtain additional information as needed
  • Ability to take raw content and turn it into customer facing content

  • Ability to understand product functionality, customers' needs and position response to highlight what our offer "means” for them
  • Ability to communicate project strategy to SME to obtain customized customer centric responses
