Contract Administrator

Position Description The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing the review and negotiation of the Company’s client facing contracts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing and negotiating requests for proposals, invitations to bid, equipment sale/ lease/rental agreements, software license agreements, software as a service (SaaS) agreements, Business Associate and non-disclosure agreements, and government contracts. In the performance of his/ her duties, this person will also be required to interact with, and obtain input from, sales and other business leaders as well as subject matter experts, obtain any necessary internal approvals and, perform data base entries related to the foregoing. Requirements for this position: Quick learner high degree of accuracy; detail oriented dependable, works well in a team enviroment, Bachlors degree required, 5-10 years experience in similar roles. Must have solid organization skills and a focus on accuracy with specific attention to detail. Must have the ability to work within time constraints and meet deadlines. Government contracts experience a plus.
Skills Required • A bachelor's degree, as well as 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role or contracts administration position, government contracts experience a plus. • Excellent organizational, drafting, oral communication, business analytical, and time management skills. • Ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline oriented environment. • Must be able to work with all levels within Client and the client organizations and have demonstrable understanding of risk management elements and how they impact operations and the business as a whole. • Ability to work with minimal supervision, with strong ability to assess when to escalate issues. • Ability to tactfully stand ground on issues, even under significant pressure. • Must have solid knowledge of legal terminology, drafting skills, and familiarity with contract terms. • Sound PC knowledge, knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus. • Must be flexible to work off-hours and after-hours, depending on field support and as required for contract negotiations.
