Key Responsibilities

40% Data Management, Reporting and Analytics
o Completes daily, weekly and monthly monitoring processes by running reports and performing analytics to manage Pharmacy Purchasing and Finance reporting.
o Utilization reporting
§ Drug shortage
· Create and pull weekly/monthly data to support drug shortage meetings
· Inventory count data entry
§ Utilization reporting to support Finance and Clinical objectives
40% Pharmacy Purchasing Operations
o Manage Drug Recall documentation to completion
o Support Flu Season orders
o Ordering Template management
§ Create and maintain Clinic ordering templates in AmerisourceBergen ordering platform
§ Manage requests to add drugs to Ordering Templates
20% Retail Pharmacy Month-End close process
o Compile and analyze monthly prescription and copay data
o Provide accounting with month-end revenue data

Thorough knowledge of business intelligence functions, analytics, industry standards and best practices. Req
Thorough knowledge of relevant internal databases, BI applications and tools. Req
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex information, assess problems, and develop and effective solutions. Req
Detail oriented, with ability to manage time and organize competing priorities. Req
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner. Ability to produce high-quality reports and documentation. Req
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with a broad range of professional and technical staff. Req
Proven ability to serve as a technical resource providing advice and counsel on business intelligence issues. Req
Experience and proven skills in data review, auditing and reporting Req
Maintain flexibility in a fluid environment as part of a team that is establishing new policies and procedures Req
