Role: Senior Project / Process Engineer

• The Retail Services Reengineering and Business Optimization Group is seeking a talented Sr. Project / Process Engineer to help craft the future of Retail Services within our Desktop Transformation initiative.
• Working with an elite engineering team, the candidate will transform the experience for our contact center agents and customers by redesigning contact center processes that will feed a suite of streamlined technology applications.
• This desktop should provide our agents with a full 360-degree view of all channels and functions for the customer, and provide next best action for consistent customer treatment.
• Candidate will be responsible for work flow redesign, project execution, deliverables, and communications.
• 5+ years Project Engineering experience w/a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• LEAN and/or Six Sigma trained; certifications a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in process design/consulting, continuous process improvement problem solving methodologies and root cause/cost benefit analysis
• Strong written and oral communication/presentations skills
• Highly motivated self-starter comfortable working in an unstructured environment with minimal guidance
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, influence without direct authority, and effectively collaborate to achieve project and organizational goals
• Results orientated, with a strong sense of urgency around tangible accomplishments
• Call Center or Financial Services experience a plus.
