Job Deliverables
• Conduct Brand Immersion training modules (including track events) while maintaining the highest standards for quality, innovation and customer focus.
• Cross-train on all Brand Immersion training modules (nine classroom modules and three track modules) and positions to fill gaps
• Assist curriculum developers with development of course curriculum and training materials.
• Ensure measurable, effective application and use of training and development at Brand Immersion as evidenced by improved behaviors, knowledge and skills.
• Administrator of the Brand Immersion photo & video program for Customer Experience 3 (closing session).
• Assist the Brand Immersion Training Manager to identify performance/competency gaps in meeting program objectives.
• Assist with training and coaching of new Brand Immersion team members.
• Collaborate with the Brand Immersion Training Manager to assure Education & Development initiatives effectively reach the participants, providing reporting feedback and follow-up as required.
• Provide support to the Brand Immersion Training Manager on the maintenance with the display vehicles in the Brand Center.
• Assist the Brand Immersion Training Manager in fleet maintenance and tracking
• Attend Train the Trainer sessions, when possible, and maintain current product knowledge through online learning courses
• Assist with the wave prep and registration desk setup to welcome Brand Immersion attendees
• Assist in module and room setup to meet curriculum specifications

Requirements and Conditions
• Must be able to work flexible hours/work schedule
• Work weekends when required
• Fluent in English
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in all weather and climate conditions
