JOB SUMMARY
Answer incoming phone calls, greet customers, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer and redirect incoming phone calls
• Greet customers and visitors
• Prepare various memos, correspondence, labels, reports, and spreadsheets as requested
• Process, sort and distribute mail and faxes
• Generate purchase orders for specific client base
• Process daily bank deposits
• Maintain and order office supplies
• Responsible for office equipment repairs and needed supplies 
• Make travel arrangements as needed
• Executive level support as needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must be computer literate, and have good data entry skills – fast and accurate
Must be proficient using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests, clients, vendors, and employees 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of five years experience in an administrative office environment including, and not limited to, executive level correspondence, highly confidential transactions
• High level, professional client interaction via phone
• Minimum of five years' experience with telephonic interaction
• Client service order entry, purchase order experience is desired
• Extensive travel booking experience
