Manager will consider candidates who come from a non-administrative background.

Under moderate supervision, and utilizing manual or computerized office systems, produces a full range of personal lines automobile and homeowners insurance policy transactions. Having a basic level of knowledge, may exercise initiative and independent judgment and solves problems of limited scope and complexity.

Prepares insurance forms/documents (declarations, identification cards, certificates, endorsements, schedules, etc.), correspondence and processes other insurance transactions to support excellent customer service.

Reviews, evaluates and categorizes incoming documents (including auto inspection programs, property inspection review, state class programs and regional mail programs); verifies information for accuracy/appropriateness and follows up with others for missing or questionable data.

An ideal candidate should have very strong attention to detail, but at the same time can juggle multiple tasks. Please try and request examples from your candidates of times they've need to do this in previous positions. Though they'd prefer someone with Insurance experience, they not going to turn down a strong candidate if they don't have it. Onsite training will be provided!

Education Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
