The Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs List Production helps develop and deploy an integrated client experience across multiple lines of business. The resulting client interactions are intended to deepen relationships, increase satisfaction, improve the advisor experience and maximize business results.

The successful candidate will work on project teams to participate in data discovery, data profiling, and data analysis to support targeting marketing outreach.

Specific job responsibilities are:
• Support execution of new client experience initiatives including:
o Provide technical assistance in the requirements gathering phase
o Data validation
o Identify potential data issues which may cause business rules to not perform as anticipated and formulate solution
o Writing and executing test plans
o Post-launch testing and monitoring

• Ensure ongoing commitment to quality discipline through:
o Proactive identification of quality issues in new and ongoing processes
o Coordination across multiple teams for issue resolution
o Adherence to service delivery standards
o Proper documentation and testing

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• 3+ years experience with Microsoft SQL and/or Teradata and automation tools like SSIS

Additional desired skills:
• Knowledge of the wealth management businesses and products
• Background in CRM/direct marketing/campaign best practices
• Understanding of contact and campaign management systems (ie. Siebel, Sales Force)
• Experience with direct marketing using outbound call, direct mail, and email campaigns
• Reporting tool skills such as Tableau
