This is a reporting role- looking for a candidate to develop reporting/analysis needs to support the execution of projects and programs via power BI tools

• Supports the Senior Portfolio Specialist in defining the suite of portfolio, program and project reporting for the OCIO PMO.
• Develops KPIs and analytics to gage the portfolio health including financial, delivery, and Risk metrics.
• Develops tactical and executive level reports and presentations on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis.
• Assesses the portfolio of reporting and analytics and continuously improves the content and quality of offerings.
• Supports the OCIO PMO toolset including SharePoint Site, PMO SQL database and Power BI tools.
• Assess OCIO PMO utilization of program and project management toolsets, identifies pain points, areas for improvement and recommends corrective actions.
• Monitors data quality to ensure accuracy of reporting and recommends improvements as required.
• Ensures consistency of data and reporting with other OCIO and reporting entities.
• Works with Program and Project managers to identify and develop reporting and analysis needs to support the execution of projects and programs.
