Lease Analyst

1. Lease Analyst (50%) – Own the monthly rent roll process by reviewing and processing payment submission by 3rd party lease administrator. Review annual landlord reconciliation statements and calculations. Work with landlord to resolve issues. Research and interpret various contractual provisions to ensure the Company understands its rights under lease agreements. Be the main point of contact for rent and operating cost questions, budget preparation, and variance analysis. Partner with accounting as the Real Estate lead for implementing new lease accounting requirements. Responsible for managing and holding accountable 3rd party vendor.

2. Real Estate Transactions (30%) –Provide support for global Real Estate transactions (including: purchases, dispositions, leases, and subleases) by assisting in the coordination and collection of various documentation and due diligence materials. Facilitate and track routing and execution of transaction documents. Review and process estoppels, SNDA's, and related agreements. Establish and maintain proper controls to track expirations, renewal options, and other critical dates. Act as a liaison between transactions, legal, finance, risk, title company, and 3rd party lease administrator. Manage select less complex Real Estate transactions from end to end as required.

3. ICC Compliance, Reporting, & Data Management (15%) – support the internal controls and accounting reporting processes by leading the quarterly testing/TOC walkthroughs with external auditor and process owner. Maintain tenant improvement log and coordinate with Fixed Assets to ensure timely capitalization. Manage the restoration reserve estimates. Prepare quarterly sales office portfolio reviews, transaction reports, and metric reporting. Overall control of transaction documentation and maintenance of master files.

4. BCP/EOC & Projects (5%) – support the Corporate Real Estate BCP by managing quarterly exercises. Serve as EOC alternate, maintain and prepare documents as required. Perform ad-hoc projects as requested



Solid accounting skills
Experience in SAP preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, proficient in Lease Harbor is a bonus
