Looking for candidates who have call center experience/ customer service skills.

Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills, including the handling of customer incoming phone calls. Call Center experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Position Summary: Responsible for providing high-level clerical support by conducting basic banking transactions, research and the handling and mailing of customer requests, including incoming customer telephone inquiries. Quality Control of identification and documentation to process account opening for the contact center and the web.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Perform general banking transactions and office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, basic financial statements, and other documents. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Open, sort and distribute incoming customer correspondence, including faxes and emails. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned.
