The Software Solutions Consultant works closely with our customers in various capacities to execute software integration and customization projects, ultimately enhancing the total value realized by our customer from our solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a new service offered by Glory Global Solutions, as professional services is a key component to several new product offerings being launched by Glory Global Solutions. The objective is to provide world-class, market-leading cash management solutions in the banking and retail markets.

The daily job may include, among other minor activities, visits to the Customers to gather Technical Requirements, provision of Technical Guidance to offer the best solution, achieve or help with the installation and configuration of the company Software Tools, create part of the internal Technical Documentation during the project phases and, eventually, lead and mentor the other Professional Services Consultants. The candidate would take the responsibility to follow up the Software Project, from the beginning of Requirements Agreement up to its Installation and Verification of the delivered functionalities. The role may also require providing technical training and support for the software implementation and localization. This role will allow the right candidate an opportunity to grow within a reputable and rapidly expanding international company, as well as expand multicultural relationships around the world.

Understand the Company Software Tools and how can they adapt to Customer's Needs.
Gather Customer's Requirements and provide Consultancy for the best Integration of the Company Equipment into the Customer's Systems.
Scope projects and assist in the development of Statements of Work, and create the Technical Specifications of the Software Development necessary for that integration.
Manage the entire lifecycle of the delivery of a customer project, work with the project team on the functional and technical components of a project including scope, requirements, security, development, testing, implementation and first training
Serve as the primary client interface for all technical topics, escalating issues or topics to other company's Support Teams.
Provide guide and help to other team members.
Direct the solution design, considering the appropriate architecture, best practices, performance, scalability, security of the solutions, systems integration with the customer's IT infrastructure
Act as the Glory Global Solutions Project Manager, working directly with a customer project manager
Provide regular communication of project progress, status and issues
Consistently deliver projects on schedule, on budget and with high quality, working and overseeing the external partners
Manage and resolve customer escalations, providing them Technical Support, and assisting also during the first Rollout process just after the Development is over.
Education Level:
Bachelor's degree required in computer science (or related field of study)
6-7 years of experience as a consultant
Experience with Web Services and Service Oriented Architectures
Knowledge on Javascript and other web technologies
Experience on programming languages as Java and/or C#
Project Management experience (PMP, PRINCE2 a plus)
Databases and Server Systems experience a plus.
Banking systems experience a plus.
Experience on Managing or Leading teams
Demonstrated customer facing skills; building trust, training, advising.
Good written and oral communication skills, ability to make formal presentations internally and externally
Fluent in English, secondary language capabilities preferred
Strong technical skills and ability to discuss technical topics with IT departments
Demonstrated awareness of our customer's markets and technology trends in software design and deployment within those markets.
Understanding of security standards when building internal applications and cloud based solutions
Strong user skills with all Microsoft Office products, particularly Project, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
College degree required in computer science (or related field of study)

Experience in delivering training a plus
