Source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend high-potential college student candidates for employment. Roles will include rotational programs, summer internships, and select entry-level opportunities. Place employment ads on the Internet, Job Boards, Social Networks, and other appropriate sources. Will partner with Early Career Team, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders to identify employment needs and skills. Will attend college jobs fairs and related events as needed. Extend offers of employment to successful candidates. A limited degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Bachelor's degree, preferably with a business related major
Minimum 5 years of professional business experience in a fast paced corporate environment
Ability to travel to various college campuses, especially during peak periods of August - February
