Will ensure all impacting incidents are managed effectively and professionally, resulting in the restoration of normal service quickly, efficiently and with minimal impact to our internal and external customers.

The position includes extensive interaction with internal customers in senior or executive management positions.

Responsible for ensuring that the Incident Management process is followed by all BT teams for every incident.

Conducting analysis and reporting for incidents generated by all BT departments will be required.

ITIL knowledge huge plus!
