Job Description The Instructional Designer manages multiple design projects simultaneously. They design, develop, and oversee training solutions that improve the job performance of employees. They ensure that learning objectives are established based on necessary competencies. They develop and maintain key relationships at all levels to ensure the right training solution is achieved. They Lead projects within timelines while meeting or exceeding client satisfaction.
Responsibilities · Work with curriculum design manager, program managers, trainers, and business partners to collect feedback and update curriculum and assessments as necessary to ensure they are accurate and of high quality.
· Work with multi-media developers to design and develop high quality visuals and learning activities for the curriculum.
· Provide recommendations regarding the most appropriate learning solution based on the needs analysis report or work order to project managers and program managers.
· Collaborate with peers to ensure curriculum are high quality.
