Job Description: - Provides departmental administrative support including client e-setups, management of SharePoint background
- Build dashboards and generate reports using Tableau and SharePoint
Schedule and conduct meetings, capture and distribute meeting minutes.
- Assist with setting up of training, compile and schedule trainings
- Skilled in Excel, Power point and Microsoft Project for organizing timelines and work assignments
- All filing and general administrative support to the group

Minimum Qualifications:

A.A. Business Administration or equivalent
2 – 4 years coordinator or equivalent experience
1 – 3 years working with an electronic routing system
Strong computer knowledge and skills including MS Office and Internet platforms

Organized and able to work independently.
Excellent spelling, written, and oral communication.
Biologics experience preferred
