Provides accurate, efficient and timely production of somewhat complex policies and related documentation. Role will demonstrate increased technical expertise, strong subject matter expertise, and second level/more complex issue resolution. Exhibit leadership skills and work delegation. This individual will also support Client Facing Brokers in all aspects of administration and technical support. Will execute same tasks as Operations Specialist I as necessary.

Strong MS Office skills required
Accounting background would be ideal
Large department
Needs a strong eye for detail
Will be supporting client facing brokers
Primarily an administrative role
Insurance background/knowledge a plus
Reporting-monthly
Support electronic download, back up the core processing group and correct invoicing
Contract to hire potential
Fresh grads will be considered.
