Role Summary/Purpose
The Manufacturing Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the manufacturing engineering department in day-to-day administrative support activities to ensure efficiencies of operations, and providing direct support to the production floor as it relates to ERP, SSS, and SAP transactions.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
• Create, populate and distribute Production and Scrap Reports.
• Assist in purchasing of all supplies for Supply Chain organization.
• Manage supplier set up in Aravo, SSS ordering, SAP capital project orders, and any accounts payable follow-up for Supply Chain.
• Maintain SAP Bill of Materials, process sheets, and work instructions as required. Keep Production details current and accurate. Assist Engineers with inputs and changes as needed.
• Coordinate manufacturing changes (MPs) or simple change orders (COs) in SAP.
• Plan and coordinate Supply Chain events. Support business-wide event planning.
• Maintain and manage copiers and printers for the facility, including repair services.
• Maintain department performance metrics.
• Support Supply Chain documentation as needed, such as spare parts inventory list management and template development.

Qualifications/Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 3 years of administrative work experience
