Trust Administrator

Duties:

Performs clerical tasks related to the administration of Subdivision Land Trust accounts for which the institution acts as trustee, depositor or agent.
Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
Performs administrative tasks related to set up and servicing of collection accounts
Reviews new sale documents, updates property control records as well as prepares and sends related documents for recording
Responsible for ordering title commitments when necessary as directed by the Trust Officer
Processes Assumption, Modification, and Cancelation of contracts.
Represents the company regarding any contact with customers, beneficiaries, and other related parties.
Assists in maintaining Trust property inventory/records.
Monitor customer calls and emails, responds to inquiries related to their accounts.
Prepares payoff/release documents and sends for recording.
Run and audit monthly reports on all trust accounts
Assist Trust Officers as needed.
Knowledge of general accounting.

Skills:

1-2 years of related experience working in a trust department.

Education:

Associates degree or technical school certification or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
