Strong Administrative Assistant with previous insurance or comparable industry/office experience.

Knowledge with MA Registry forms and RMV process preferred
• Will be completing appropriate registry forms for walk in customers, must have good communication skills, ability to act as a gatekeeper to the office.
• Will provide direct marketing and sales support to sales reps in the branch, by facilitating email campaigns, outbound calls to customers as well as running reports
• Ability to take direction from manager, manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
• Must be comfortable traveling into the city, the office hours are 8-5pm, and its vital the person is ready to go at 8am as they open the office, cant be late.
