** CANDIDATES MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS. -- SHIFTS WILL ROTATE WEEKENDS SO SOME WEEKENDS WILL BE REQUIRED ** 

1st Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm 

2nd shift: 3:30pm-12:00am 

3rd shift: 11:30pm-8:00am 



** Duration of contractor: 2 years, with possibility of conversion to FTE depending on business needs ** 


24/7 Support Call Center 


Assists in processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
