Job Description:


**Must work full time/onsite in the Cary, NC office. No working remote
**Chosen resource will be required to work 2 Fridays a month and be "on Call” the subsequent weekends to those Fridays during deployments.
- No Travel is expected for this role.
  • Responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into Internet/Web architecture to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyzes assigned specifications, planning, designing, and developing solutions, utilizing appropriate Internet/intranet/extranet architecture processes supporting a wide range of content—either individually or in concert with project team members.
  • Provides appropriate documentation for object design decisions, estimating assumptions, applets, and performance metrics—as required by organization architecture process standards, or as assigned.
  • Responsible for minimizing the issues between the client and the server applications and for the overall set-up and design of the Internet and Web server architecture.
  • Impact and complexity of this job increases if organization is utilizing Internet solutions (versus only intranet), especially those with significant business impact (e.g., e-business).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically has 7+ years of IT work experience with demonstrated knowledge in architecture design, software development, database management systems and systems integration in multi-platform environments.
  • This is for a Senior Architect level role (at least 7 to 10 yrs relevant experience)

MUST HAVES skills and required responsibilities for this role -
  • Must have full hands on Architect experience UP TO AND INCLUDING following thru to Implementation
  • must have extensive experience with IT Security specifically SiteMinder or ADFS
  • ability and willingness to "get their hands dirty " in doing lower Architectural "Developer " work if /when needed.
  • ability to implement POCs is a plus
  • a minimum of Bachelors Degree in related area is required
