Provide general clerical duties which include but are not limited to: data entry using Microsoft Word and Excel applications as well as Oracle business system, filing, scanning and copying. Incumbent must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of personnel. Person must also be a team player and must be accurate and able to provide timely responses. -

JOB SUMMARY Provide world class customer support to both internal and external customers. Follow all internal policies and procedures to help meet company goals, revenue growth and profitability. DIMENSIONS The incumbent will enter between 75 to 100 orders between the value of $100 to $1,000,000 via fax and EDI per day. The Order Entry Clerk will assist the Customer Service Reps to support our agents and customers per outlined guidelines and performs other appropriate functions as directed by the Customer Service Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicates directly with agents and outside sales representatives via
phone and email to represent the company and enter orders.
• Coordinates with Customer Service Reps and/or other departments to
enter lead times and delivery dates for product which is not in stock.
• Accurately processes all customer orders (received via phone, fax or
electronically from manufacturers reps and distributors).
• Ensure EDI & VMI orders are released in a timely manner throughout the
day.
• Coordinates with Customer Service Reps and/or B-Line production and
engineering to assist in the creation of additional SKUs.
• Responsible for ensuring issues are escalated to team leads/managers
for prompt investigation and action as required.
• Additional entry work may include but is nto limited to quality notifications,
sample orders, RMAs, quotes, SPA maintenance, etc.
