Description:Unique opportunity for a highly organized, dedicated professional to support the office of the Public Policy Institute at client.

Specific responsibilities of this position include:
• Provides day-to-day administrative support for the family caregiving team, within the Public Policy Institute.
• Prepares materials in advance of meetings
• Manages calendaring as requested for senior advisor
• Makes arrangements for travel and hotel accommodations as requested; schedules transportation; and, prepares and submits expense reimbursements
• Coordinates and schedules key meetings, including agenda development, drafting minutes and noting action items.
• Reviews and proofreads outgoing correspondence, reports, etc. Checks format, grammar, and punctuation, and makes corrections as needed. Composes administrative correspondence based on verbal and/or written instructions. Tracks action correspondence, reminds staff of deadlines, and performs other administrative functions, including processing sensitive and confidential matters.
• Other duties as assigned

Ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor's degree, with at least seven years of demonstrated experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience related to the duties of the position.
• Knowledge of and interest in family caregiving, and health issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required
• Demonstrated ability to produce high quality, well formatted, professional work products
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels and across multiple departments.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, social media and electronic communication.
