Description:
• Coordinate the procurement process for the IT team
• Coordinating meetings and local events as required
• Assist with budgeting responsibilities, including accurate and timely reporting of SG&A budgets and forecasts
• Processing of invoice payments in the A/P system
• Assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
• Preparing documents and presentation materials
• Provide training and guidance on company processes and procedures and share learnings with peers to create synergistic results
• Anticipate and manage calendar schedules and activities with an understanding of general priorities
• Manage travel arrangements, expense travel reports, meeting preparations for assigned groups
• Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with people on the team and other key stakeholders
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Post-secondary diploma or certificate in related field with a minimum 3-5 years of related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated individual
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proven experience in procurement
• Team player, with proven capabilities to work effectively, and cooperatively in a team based environment
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Office software packages (Excel, PPT, Word)
• Previous experience with SAP is considered an asset
