Job description

The company and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture, and market a wide range of company brand tires to address the needs of a broad range of customers, including consumers, automotive and commercial vehicle original equipment manufacturers, and those in the agricultural, forestry and mining industries.

  • Bachelor degree and 8+ years of experience in the field of HR related to Compensation
  • Master's degree, or relevant degree/experience preferred
  • Proven experience implementing and maintaining successful compensation strategies
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to quickly gain credibility
  • Demonstrated experience in compensation program governance
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing sales incentive plans that impact large employee populations
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and business teams
  • Action-oriented and adept at working in a fast-paced, values driven, growing organization
  • Maintain an evolving compensation strategy that motivates performance and is fully aligned with the company's strategic plan and values
  • Design, model, test, and assess the effectiveness of sales incentive plans
  • Collaborate with business leaders, HR, Legal, and Finance to design and implement business specific incentive plans that clearly link compensation and performance in support of the company's pay philosophy
  • Lead the development of Compensation policies and guidelines in line with the company's Compensation Philosophy and legal requirements
  • Assess long-term business needs and designing and implementing compensation initiatives that will proactively support future business requirements
  • Analyze compensation design requirements to ensure successful implementation into current or new systems and required
  • Assist with the expansion into new markets as well as M&A and integrations and divestitures
  • Collaborate with the Compensation team on the execution of on-going market analysis, FLSA reviews, and deployment of enabling tools and processes for compensation program delivery
  • Engage with business leaders and HR Business Partners in the delivery and communication of compensation programs to ensure employees understand and value them
