In this position the candidates will be supporting Department Managers and backing up existing Admin.

Manager is looking for candidates who have
Required ~ Outlook experience (prefer Outlook 365 exp.).
Strongly Prefer ~ experience with Expense reporting and reimbursement.
Strongly Prefer ~ experience arranging travel including International travel.
Basic knowledge of Excel, WORD and PowerPoint.

Proficient in three or more vendor software programs specifically required by a department. Provides clerical support to three or more department managers, along with their staffs. Duties may include: preparing correspondence, report and presentation creation, database creation/management, and calendar/email management. Previous hi-level secretarial experience is required. Minimal supervision is provided.
