3rd Shift (10PM-6:30AM) The Role: Immediate opening for a skilled, organized and multitasking Facilities Project Coordinator in our Fremont location. Coordinator reports directly to the Facilities Operations Admin Supervisor and helps to manage the day-to-day dispatching, purchasing, analytic reporting, and administrative operations within the organization. The role is highly customer oriented and detail specific. Positivity a must! Responsibilities: Customer facing representative for Facilities department operations center. Learn and disseminate site knowledge and Facilities activities/methodology. Coordinating and dispatching maintenance requests through email and CMMS system. Procurement of parts, supplies and consumables. Create reports and assess data to improve Facilities business processes and forecast budgets. Administrative support for Facilities department and management. Additional Duties: Standardize SOPs, training documentation and processes. Professional, informative and responsive communication with customers, vendors and suppliers. Work with Maintenance Planner to implement Facilities Assets, Planned Maintenance Procedures and Schedules within CMMS. Onboard Facilities Technician new hires and maintain personal emergency documentation. Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years related administrative experience. Ability to work fluctuating schedules Must possess excellent interpersonal, discretionary and written/verbal communication skills. PC proficiency with demonstrated skills in MS Office. Proven ability creating Excel Spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. Outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude. Must be highly organized and extremely detail-oriented. B.A./B.S. strongly preferred.
