Administrative Assistant III

• Provides administrative and secretarial support for Service Center Manager and staff
• Support local finance team as required in payroll, billing, invoicing, etc.
• Perform scheduling, filing, correspondence tracking, etc.
• Assemble and produce various reports including EHS, state unemployment, etc.
• Support receptionist answering and coordinating phones.
• Perform other duties as may be required.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience with demonstrated successful performance

Education and Skills:
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Able to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access
• Professional communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a self-directed environment
• Impeccable organization and efficiency skills
• Strong attention to details, clear, concise an articulate communication skills-verbal, written, and listening.
• Interfaces with wide array of individuals, balances multiple tasks and maintains positive attitude and energy
• Able to take on adhoc assigned tasks, work flexible hours as required
• Works with little supervision
• Identifies opportunities and execute on projects to improve organization and efficiency of manager and team
