Job Title: Scrum PM

Role Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for applying Project Management knowledge and tools for the facilitation of implementing strategic initiatives and projects for the Enterprise Supply Chain organization.
Work with cross-functional, operations, regional, country, technical, Service Centers and various Business/Finance teams to ensure processes are standard and effective for use within the team, identifying opportunities for innovative solutions for process improvements.
The Project Manager is responsible for the project management of release initiatives, project plans, system enhancement requests approvals and staging, resource capacity planning and project statuses. Coordinates team members globally, facilitates status calls, and manages the implementation life cycles of Development, User Acceptance testing (UAT), Production Build and Checkout activities, UAT test coordination with Operations, tracking testing issues, identifying project issues/risks, management reporting, metrics, communication/training plans, and operational readiness transition to service centers/regional processing centers.
Guide the project team following the Enterprise Supply Chain Project Management Procedure and project methodology. Additionally, the Project Manager provides additional support to the Global Implementation Management Team by collaborating management presentations, executive status reporting, capacity, time reporting models, and applicable metrics.
The Project Manager will need to understand the Client and ESC Project Management (PM) Processes and leverage information and reporting to support the monitoring and tracking of the portfolio of ESC initiatives, programs, projects, milestones, risks, and issues. This position provides a platform for continued development and visibility across the global ESC organization as well as exposure to senior management and other functions. In order to be successful, the Project Manager will need to have a very methodical and well organized approach to analyze project/program data, the ESC PM/PMO procedures and the book-of-work, and the inter-relationships of Projects/Programs/initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
• Leverage Project Management skills and techniques to facilitate the Project /Global Implementation Management of ESC project initiatives. These projects are coordinated through various activities of more than one functional and/or technical group.
• Manage and execute project deliverables in line with the project plan and milestones.
• Drive for results and deliver what is needed to ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables and meet published project go-live date
• Effectively execute project management disciplines (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative) throughout project lifecycle when managing projects and/or programs
• Support regular Project Management meetings with agendas, weekly status reporting with issue and risk identifications and mitigation.
• Prepare/submit project updates to be incorporated into dashboard reporting and the week in review for Senior Management.
• Fully understand and implement Banking's values: Responsibility to our clients, to each other and to our franchise.
• Complete position related training to remain current with job function and related tools/technology. Comply with all Client Policies; take mandatory training.
• Provide back up support for other team members when necessary.
• Identify optimization opportunities, implement, and document as appropriate across the ESC team.
• Develop in-depth understanding of the ESC Program and Project Management Standards as well as the Organization PMO Client and monitor adherence to these standards
• Coordinate with the Client Program Management Council to support all Program/Project Management related reviews, procedure compliance and internal/external audits
• Compose and deliver Senior Management presentations, Executive summaries and business cases/recommendations

Project Manager (Contractor)
Job Skills Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years project management experience.
• PMP or Scrum certification Required
• Waterfall, Agile and Iterative project methodology experience is preferred.
• Experience in managing global projects in matrix organizational structure.
• Experience in Accounts Reconciliation process and related operational process controls.
• Highly proficient on MS Project and MS Office products.
• Facilitate meetings which must include agendas, meeting minutes and action items.
• Strong negotiation, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills. Able to articulate issues with functional teams and businesses verbally and in writing.
• Ability to multi-task and support multiple projects simultaneously and issue escalation capabilities.
• Proactive, needs to be results driven
• Proven ability to work independently and in a multi-tasking environment.
• Very strong influencing and partnering skills.
• Experience in managing global projects in matrix organizational structure.
• Team player with ability to handle strong personalities at all levels of the company.
• Track record of managing work to achieve milestones on time and within budget in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Good understanding of systems development lifecycle methodology, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methods.
• Good understanding of systems testing and quality assurance methods and processes.
