• 90% providing customer service on incoming calls from branch reps and customers (IRAs)
• 10% working on reports
• Performing monthly quality control testing for completed work
• Performing research for the calls handled
• Sending duplicate/corrected IRS forms to customers Operations Rep:
• Performing customer transactions received mostly by mail (withdrawals, contributions, withholding,
• Research beneficiary information and sending written communication of options available
• Performing IRA transfer in/out to other institutions
• Supporting phones when needed
• Quality control of work completed by Retail branch reps.

Additional Job Details:Responsibilities: Doing maintenance on customer IRA accounts by making any changes within Client database. Contractor will know to make the changes either by reviewing documents with the customer information or by the occasional phone call. Open, sort and scan mail Validate documents into customer folders Quality Control IRA documents received from branches for accuracy and completeness. File customer folders Send memos to branches for corrections Send letters to customers for corrections Perform maintenance on customer accounts

Must Have: Detail oriented and not afraid to ask questions. MS Word & Excel proficiency
Skills: Detail Oriented Ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast pace environment

Qualification: Previous financial/banking exp (banking, mortgage, etc), highly preferred
Interviews will be held in person.
Training: 2 weeks Work Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm(30min lunch) or 8am to 5pm(60min lunch)
Reason for need: Increase in work volume due to Tax Season.
