Job Description:
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 5-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Skills/Experience:
- Experience with .NET applications, Windows server, batch and Powershell scripting, Windows registry, and Microsoft SQL.
- Familiar with writing and executing test cases/scripts.
- Acquainted with Legal applications, including document management, records management, and matter management. (Role is within IT Team that supports Legal Affairs Line of Business.)
- May need to occasionally communicate and work with business users. Must be able to work independently and across virtual teams, detail oriented with strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Able to work on concurrent projects/items and produce needed documentation.
