Assists recruiters by conducting phone Interviews with applicants for call center positions. Completes 10-20 screens per day. Sends email blasts promoting our Call Center openings, completes sourcing activities to identify talent, and performs internet searches. May assist with Career Fairs, Off site events, and on-site Recruiting Events as needed. Will assist with administrative type functions (scheduling interviews, filing interview guides, printing interview packets, providing tours of the facility to applicants, sending assessments and reminders to applicants). Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Must have the ability to multitask as well as manage changing priorities.
