Project Manager (Cyber Hardening)

Job Description:
This is a PM for Cyber Hardening
Project scope is to refine and implement technical and procedural changes within plant Manufacturing Systems Architecture (MSA) networks and associated manufacturing applications, for the purpose of strengthening manufacturing's cyber security posture. The focus areas associated with this scope are:

1. Architecture – determine required: application and infrastructure changes; and specific defensive measures required at the network level. Perform an assessment of our current Active Directory structure in manufacturing and then analyzing the results using a series of already-identified integration patterns, security options, and other related topics.
2. Applications - collect information about individual manufacturing applications to determine which: are relatively isolated, doing specific things that could be more secure; and what drives the patching challenges and policy for each and identifying and implementing new system management tools so we can perform patching more quickly
3. People and Process - develop and implement a suitable application life cycle process, update recovery procedures and disaster recovery/response plans, and update existing "security awareness” program to meet the needs of our manufacturing sites.

The Project Manager will be accountable for managing day to day deliverables associated with the above efforts. Specific activities include: developing an integrated schedule; running integrated project team meetings; developing and maintaining an integrated project status; organizing and leading teams to ensure deliverables and timelines are met per project objectives/timelines; and pro-actively raising key issues/risks to project stakeholders. Individual should also be comfortable working in a fast-pace environment and able to effectively manage competing priorities.
