Assist the Client Communication team to streamline and minimize the amount of correspondence clients receive to result in a better experience for clients. As well as, assist with administrative tasks the team may have with a specific projects we are working on to review/re-write all firm to client letters.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Track the status of letters for each release date
- Update weekly project status report
- Track letters sent to our writer and the return of the letters
- Assist with creating and sending agendas and gathering the necessary documents for meetings
- Assist with the updates to internal needed for the CCG website
- Manage internal share point site
- Gathering the project requirements as needed
