o Computer skills: MS Office suite of programs, with emphasis in MS Project, Word and PowerPoint

o Education: Bachelors Degree

Expectations
Someone who will work 40 hours a week and give it 110% every day. I will need this person to be an expert with Microsoft Excel (Macros, V Lookups, etc.) and Microsoft PowerPoint. If the person has experience with IBM Cognos, this is a plus but not required. I would like the candidates to take a Microsoft Excel test to ensure they are knowledgeable

. If the candidate gets to the interview, I would like for them to come prepared with examples of PowerPoint's he or she has completed.

Day-to-Day Functions
• Direct support for nominated fleet customers and their preferred supplying dealers. Ordering fleet vehicles to suit the customer requirements. Receive all orders to be processed in conjunction with the Sales Process Order Checklist. Progress through accurate and timely order placement, build, delivery to contract conclusion providing information on status to the fleet team and Customer as required. Co-ordinate and support the supplying dealer with vehicle deliveries, invoicing and registration.
• Provide scheduled and regular information to the fleet team in relation to sales performance, account manager activity, lost sales and prospect activity and to ensure that the company CRM system is updated on a weekly basis. To provide a KPI report based on overall monthly performance.
• Ordering, allocation for all fleet sales channels, and reporting of fleet orders versus annual plan to provide visibility to account managers. Monthly sales forecast and plan (Kufri) across all fleet sales channels.
• Enhances the existing KPI framework and performance dashboard to automate the collection and processing of input data.

This person must be extremely strong in excel (macros, v look ups, manipulating data) as well as creating professional presentations.
