Hours/Schedule: 7:30 A.M.– 4:30 P.M.

• Provides services and support to the SCG U.S. BWI customer facing team in contract administration
• Prepares sales contracts, sales quotes, and sales agreement amendments using BWI legal approved contracts templates for Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO's) IDN's, Hospitals, and reviewing and approving Government Solicitation requests
• Prepare, review, and submit Request For Proposals (RFP's) Request For Information (RFI's)
• Assist with Internal and External contracts Audit information requirements
• Implement approved customer pricing commitments in appropriate contracting systems (ICS)
• Coordination of price loading where appropriate providing clear and complete price load direction to price load specialists
• Communication of status to both internal and external customers
• Support other Sr. Contracts Analyst incumbents with Contract implementation and maintenance activities
• Assist with implementation of price changes resulting from contract maintenance activity to include scheduled price increases stipulated in the contract and compliance price adjustments for noncompliant accounts
• Responsible for Document Retention, SOPs and WIs

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
• A degree in Business, Finance, or Sales & Marketing is preferred
• Microsoft office, Excel, Word, and Power Point preferred
• Paralegal certificate a plus but not required
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Contracting, Quoting, Pricing is required
• Experience with medical devices is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, time management skills and ability to self-manage in a complex / time sensitive environment is required
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment and build support across a complex set of stakeholders is required
• Ability to interface with Field Sales, Regional Business Directors, Area Directors and Marketing is required
• Ability to influence and align complex groups of stakeholders towards overall business objectives is required
• Strong level of ownership and drive for meeting / exceeding expectations is required
• Ability to drive adherence to protocols and business rules is required
• Experience with sales teams, contracting needs and leadership mindsets in the Pharmaceutical businesses is preferred
