Global Financial Firm located in New York, NY has an immediate contract for an experienced Client Manager 

Overview: Global Markets Client Integration specialists act as the single point of contact for all Global Markets Sales Staff and their client in the US to facilitate and expand trading relationships.  The team coordinates with marketers, clients, and internal stakeholders (e.g. legal, Risk/Credit, AML/Due Diligence) throughout the document negotiation and on-boarding process.  Once a client has been approved for trading, the team continues to work with a client on new business they want to establish with  and to provide support from a Client Service/Onboarding perspective.
 
Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Facilitation and coordination of the on-boarding process across (Risk, Legal, IT, Operations and Due-Diligence Systems).
  • Client advocate with  stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Credit, & AML/Due Diligence) to complete document negotiations such as ISDAs, CSAs, Repurchase Agreements (MRA & GMRA), MSFTA's, Option agreements, ETSAs, etc.
  • Liaison with Global Markets desk heads and marketers to determine on-boarding needs and prioritizations
  • Ability to manage, consolidate and manipulate large Data Sets.  Direct internal actions related to client Static Data.  Big Data
  • Analyze client types (both vanilla and complex) so as to categorize for internal onboarding purposes.
  • Responsible for being 'Single Point of Contact' for client throughout Client Integration and Onboarding process
  • Work with clients front end vendor for FIX Connectivity via DMA / CARE
  • Establish connections with our online trading systems
  • Significant interaction with Sales, both Junior and Senior as well as Relationship Management with focus on keeping them updated on strategic client onboardings
  • Help Oversee Real Money workflow for FX Sales
  • Participate and Chair meetings related to Strategic Client Initiatives, Onboardings, Projects with focus on improving onboarding process/evolution
  • Development of efficiency procedures and tools, interest in process redesign
  • Working knowledge of general KYC/AML principals
 
Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Sound knowledge of Capital Market products.
  • Proven experience interacting with senior business functions and individuals.
  • Proven experience interacting with clients that trade in the capital markets
  • History of achievement in previous roles
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proactive Nature/Self-Starter
  • General understanding of relevant legal agreements (ISDA/CSA, GMRA, MSFTA, Side Letters, NDA's, ETSA, Options Agreements etc.)
  • One to two years in any of the following areas preferred: Client Service, Client Onboarding, KYC, Risk or Middle Office (trade processing, confirmations, etc).
  • Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines.
