Please proceed with finding candidates based on standard customer service; ability to handle high volume of inbound calls from consumers/end users. Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to work any schedule between 7:30 am Est and 8 pm EST. Must be flexible with schedule and able to work OT as needed; may include weeknights and/or weekends.

Call Center Representative III acts as the primary contact between the customer and Service Support. Responsible for placing/ answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services.

Required Qualifications: Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED 6+ years of experience Prior demonstrated experience working in a Customer service role. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Demonstrated analytical thinking/problem solving ability to think clearly and quickly and empathize in high-pressure clinical situations Tenacity & creativity in handling customer issues
