We are looking for a SharePoint Administrator with Office 365 experience at client Investments. This position is based in Merrimack, NH.
This group is seeking a highly motivated Office 365 and SharePoint Administrator to work as a key member of the Corporate Technology Group. The person will be responsible for transforming current on-premise infrastructure to more efficient offerings in the Azure cloud.
The successful candidate will work with a cross functional team including Business Leaders, Infrastructure Architects, Developers and System Administrators to support both on-premise and Cloud (O365) applications/implementations and migrations used by a 150 users business.
In this role you will be responsible for implementing Cloud solutions including Office 365 and Azure PaaS. You will serve as a system administrator to implement and support these solutions. You will work closely with project managers, delivery teams and production support to ensure implementations meets all agreed to service levels. This position reports to the Director of IT Product Management.
Manage the Office 365 interface with such technical tasks domains, security groups, users, and licenses. Create and administrate user and service accounts, AD group membership, and Exchange mailboxes
Administer the SharePoint Online platform, including creating sites, installing solutions, and activating features.
Maintain the settings for user mailboxes and e-mail, including the settings required for connectivity with Outlook.
Manage and monitor the Office 365 tenants. Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings. Monitor and test performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions.
Address client connectivity, client software distribution, and mobile installation issues in a hybrid model
Develop and document best practices for supporting the Office 365 application and assist with developing appropriate support model
Write and maintain custom scripts (PowerShell) to install new settings or deployment, and remediate issues to support users
Ensure the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability
Maintain existing client SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)
Administer and support an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange infrastructure
Troubleshoot Exchange related issues when alerted by monitoring software
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly and thoroughly
Serve as an on-call resource in support of the organization's service model
