Overall Purpose: Performs a variety of detailed administrative and support services to the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Assists in the preparation, maintenance, control of records, budget information, reports and training classes. 2) Schedules and tracks training class registrations (LSO). 3) Works with confidential material including contractual/legal documents. 4) Coordinates activities with internal and external clients. 5) Contacts personnel at various organizational levels to gather information and prepares reports. 6) Determines processes to handle routine assignments for the organization such as report generation, bills, vouchers, worksheets and workflow. 7) Intermediate skill level of software programs (Outlook, Excel - Microsoft suites) and office equipment to perform assignments. 8) Prepares correspondence, maintains files and completes special projects. 9) May assist in answering hot lines or other telephone lines.
