Role Value Proposition:
This role primarily supports various portfolio management functions within the planning and governance team under the Strategic Solutions Governance organization for U.S. Business and Holdings. The goals and objectives of this role spans across, but not limited to 3 categories of responsibilities: Reporting, Process & Governance, Portfolio Management Analytics. The successful incumbent will join a centralized organization that will support multiple levels of portfolio management and governance within the 4 Tier Governance model driving discipline while partnering and collaborating closely with stakeholders across Client U.S. Businesses, GTO and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting Function:
USB Portfolio reporting (Segment as well as Total USB) including but not limited to preparation and review coordination:
o Financial – Project/Program financial forecast
o Program Delivery – execution related data in support of the full USB portfolio reviews
o Marketing related tracking on E2E pilot progress and other standalone marketing effort affecting USB portfolio
o Tracking of operations, call centers and e-Biz related work effort affecting USB portfolio
o Governance Tracking and Adherence – segment level and total USB level tracking of governance adoptions and adherence reporting
o Coordinate with GOSC support to define new reporting requirements as needed
o Forward looking and trend analysis to enable more informed fact based decision making

• Process & Governance:
Participate in initiatives across the planning & governance landscape to optimize and transform our organization in support of the changing U.S. business goals and objectives. Evergreen and evolve existing practices of the USB 4 tier governance model, and improve upon our processes ranging from:
o Creating and maintaining process maps and a centralized library of all relevant process flows for governance, planning, change management, business, GTO and partners engagement models
o USB PGSI Website – Continuous maintenance, document management, and requirements gathering for newly defined web enabled forms, testing, training, and rollout
o Maintain Board Vantage tool, utilize Apptio for infrastructure service management analysis and reporting

• Portfolio Management Support:
Governance – Project Funding Movement and Tracking
o Facilitate weekly governance checkpoint with GTO and partners
o Go / No Go portfolio funding updates
o Prepare portfolio review package for SLT
o Capture, maintain, and distribute all meeting minutes and action items

• Annual Plan support
o Work closely with P&G portfolio manager to consolidate and analyze segment specific data
o Assist with project plan updates and tracking
o Create one minute managers for planning related projects
o USB and segment level communication
o Support all planning related review forums (including P&G, Finance, GTO & Partners)

• Coordinate and prepare all PGSA Leadership reviews and relevant communication
• USB Planning & Governance Communication Management (Coordination of all PGSA driven reviews, forums, and follow-ups and serve as the central coordination point with our internal stake holders)
• Ad Hoc USB portfolio related analytics
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Clarity or MS Access is a plus
• High degree of business and financial acumen
• Demonstrated ability to take large volumes of complex information and create easily understood summaries that can be presented to diverse and various levels across the organization for action
• Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
