The IT Agile Business Analyst will utilize Agile/Lean Methodology experience to help drive and deliver enterprise-scale projects requiring a technology solution

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases
o Work closely with counterparts in IT and Finance to ensure technical solutions are
aligned with business needs
o Perform cost/benefit analysis of IT solutions
 Conduct appropriate level of research needed to help inform strategic priorities and funding decisions
o Communicates clearly and regularly with IT and Business stakeholders to make sure IT
initiatives are aligned with firm's long-term strategic goals and focus
o Coordinates with the business and internal technology teams to drive and document the completion of scorecards, estimation and business cases to communicate short and longterm solution needs, success metrics, objectives, cost and development estimates
 Assist with budget and forecast preparation and analysis
 Serve as liaison between IT and business end – users
 Facilitate dialogue across functional areas and management levels
 Perform business and data analysis and assist in the creation of business case reporting framework
 Develop expertise in both our business processes and technology solutions/offerings
 Engage (elicitation workshops, etc.) with all stakeholders to determine, document and validate business and user requirements using relevant and applicable techniques (e.g. user stories & acceptance criteria, business rules, use cases, process flows, etc.).



Must have Agile certification, preferably PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or
Scrum Alliance CSM/CSPO/CSD (Certified Scrum Master/Certified Scrum Product
Owner/Certified Scrum Developer)

Proficiency with Jira or similar Agile / Scrum tools

3+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst

Knowledge of various technologies (Distributed, Mainframe, Cloud, etc.)
