Job Description:


***Must Have: Excel experience ***
  • Responsible for performing daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, and other similar duties, using a computer terminal, typewriter, and other word processors.
  • Follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

The hours for the full time associates will be somewhat flexible. Start time between 7 and 9am.

*Associates will work from an Excel spreadsheet, type in a numerical policy number into a web-based system (or two), review information, and take action based on details in the systems. Associates need to be detail-oriented, focused, PC skills, able to learn quickly, work without constant supervision to achieve the team goal.
