Clients Media Sales is looking for a talented designer to help us deliver creative, sophisticated and effective print and digital work for a wide range of clients and projects.

The role entails developing concepts, designing, and executing innovative native and branded experiences across the client Media Sales' print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional design and strategic thinking skills, demonstrates a dynamic on-brand visual sensibility, and works seamlessly within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Work with the client Media Sales' creative team to help conceive and execute a breadth of projects, from integrated ad campaigns to B2B PowerPoint-based presentations and standard print collateral pieces • Design and execute consumer-facing comps, mood/storyboards, presentation visuals (infographics) and other creative materials as directed • Possess a strategic sensibility to consider and apply a range of applications and for each project/audience that delivers smart and sophisticated solutions • Ensure visual designs adhere to project requirements, objectives, accuracy and timelines • Uphold brand standards across all projects and platforms • Identify gaps in current assets and offer recommendations for new content • Remain current on emerging trends in advertising, digital and print designs, 360-degreemarketing and technology/software II.

• A minimum of 6+ years design, marketing and media art production experience • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team Identify gaps in current assets and offer recommendations for new content • Experience in designing print, mobile first, digital and integrated creative solutions

• Conceptual thinking and hands-on design skills • Demonstrate superior knowledge and skills with Adobe CS Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, • Photoshop, Acrobat); knowledge of video editing software (After Effects, Motion, etc.) a plus • Detail-oriented, efficient, organized, self-starter, highly productive and collaborative approach to work • Expert knowledge of typography, color, usability, layout, production and other design principles • Knowledge of print production, file naming, file formats and printing mechanicals, pixel dimensions, web and print optimization • Adaptability, ability to multitask, and maintain effectiveness when experiencing changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusting effectively to work within new processes and requirements • Proactive mindset and can-do attitude • Portfolio with relevant samples
