Operations Specialist (Level III)

The role will include accurate data entry of missing “Know your Client” client profile information, interaction with the Financial Advisors and Client Associates to obtain required client information, and client outreach where needed.

- Financial Services Industry experience preferred
- Must have excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Strong ability to multi-task, high levels of productivity and attention to detail are traits that will help ensure they can manage the volume
- Ability to work independently on a multi-step project with strong tracking and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn proprietary computer applications
- Weekly tracking of progress, reporting of weekly status
