Job Description:
Join an Endpoint Support team to assist end users with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop and laptop computers and the peripherals. This also includes the support of iPads and tablets and all mobile devices. You will be required to diagnose and resolve unique problems associated with proprietary and 3rd party application software titles along with all the common software titles. Also included is security and patching of Windows operating systems and all software titles. You will manage objects in Active Directory for multiple domains. Remote/phone support will be necessary when users are traveling.

Skills
· Excellent customer service skills are required since to interact with end users
· Familiarity with provisioning new laptops and desktops, including imaging, user configuration, and software installation
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
· Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook 2010/2013/2016
· Basic knowledge of computer and network infrastructure
· Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
· Must be able to work effectively individually and in a team environment

Experience/Certs
· 3+ years of recent Desktop Support experience
· A+ Certification preferred
· Dell Certification preferred
· ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus
