We are in need of a Recruiting Coordinator to join the team on an temp to perm basis.

Main Responsibilities:
Support and maintain the hiring process - active involvement with recruitment activities
Daily activities include creating and managing job requisitions and postings, handling the background check and drug screens, employee referral program, and offer letter creation
Handle high volume of phone and on-site interview scheduling requests in a timely manner
Manage and facilitate the hiring process with candidates with frequent touch points
Maintain recruiting metrics, and generate reports from applicant tracking system
Arrange travel and hotel accommodations for candidates
Preserve confidential information such as offer letters, compensation data, and candidate information with a high degree of integrity and judgment


1-2 years of administrative or HR experience
Takes initiative and accountability to insure tasks are done on time and complete
Ability to use technology, tools and processes to stay highly organized
Must be self-motivated, highly detailed and organized, able to take initiative to make or adapt to changes
Demonstrated administrative skills and ability to multi-task in a complex business environment; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with internal HR staff, all employee levels within the organization with an exceptional customer service focus.
Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, applicant tracking system experience – Workday a plus!


BA/BS or similar/equivalent experience preferred.
