About the job
• Maintain neatness of storage areas and supply closets – determine which materials should be shipped offsite
• Uphold cleanliness of kitchens, all conference rooms, floors and carpeting, walls, and furniture
• Conduct monthly furniture check and issue proposals for replacements as needed
• Manage kitchen and supply closet inventory control, and place weekly orders
• Alongside event planner, oversee setup of on-site events, room sets, and food deliveries
• Work closely with building management on completing maintenance requests
• Ensure that Jet is in compliance with building recycling, trash removal, and other policies/procedures
• Cover receptionist duties as needed
About you
• College degree preferred, high school diploma required
• Great work ethic – proactive, helpful, and driven
• Willingness and flexibility to roll-up sleeves and assist with any task that may come up
• Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage multiple projects/initiatives at the same time
• Positive, service oriented attitude – approachability and customer service mindset
• Flexibility to adjust to dynamic work environment
